Half of it is male factor.
Nobody tells you that either.
A 48-page guide written for men: 100 South Indian foods, what each one actually does, and the 90-day cycle that decides what your next report says.
South Indian Foods
for Male Fertility
What to eat, why it works, and the 90 days that decide your next test result.
Why this exists
Across hundreds of couples at our clinic, one pattern repeats.
The woman arrives with a folder of test results and a list of questions. The man arrives having read nothing — because nothing written for him did anything except shame him or sell him a supplement.
Male factors contribute to roughly half of all infertility cases. That is not a rare misfortune and it is not a verdict on you.
It is a medical finding that responds to the same things blood pressure responds to: what you eat, how you sleep, how much you drink, and how early you take it seriously.
The 90 days almost nobody explains
The sperm in a sample you give today were not made today. They take about 72 to 76 days to develop and another two weeks to mature.
Which means two things. A bad result reflects how you lived three months ago, not who you are.
And nothing you change this week will show on a test next week — it shows at ninety days.
Most men give up at four weeks because nothing has happened, when nothing was ever going to have happened yet. The whole book is built around that window.
What's inside?
What one page looks like
Every one of the hundred is written like this — how to eat it in an actual South Indian kitchen, and an honest note on whether the evidence is strong or merely reasonable.
31 Walnuts Akrot
Make it: Two or three whole walnuts a day, soaked overnight if you find them bitter.
Walnuts are worth singling out because they are one of the few foods here tested directly. A randomised trial in healthy young men found that adding about 75 grams of walnuts daily improved sperm vitality, motility and morphology over twelve weeks.
What makes it different?
- It is South Indian. Ellu urundai, kollu rasam, murungai keerai, nethili, kambu koozh — not almond butter and kale.
- Evidence is marked honestly. Strong evidence is identified, and weaker evidence is clearly presented as such.
- It tells you where food stops. It explains situations where you should stop reading and see a specialist instead.
- It is written to you. Not to your wife, and not about you in the third person.

What this book is not
It is not medical advice and it is not a cure. Food cannot fix a blockage, a varicocele, a genetic cause, or an absent sperm count — those need a doctor, and some need surgery.
What diet and daily habits can influence is count, movement, shape and the DNA the sperm carries.
For many men, especially those whose results sit in the borderline range, that can be an important part of the overall fertility journey.
